Register for 'Do Not Call/Disturb' (NDNC) to Stop Promotional calls and messages from Telecom Operators

Do you wish to stay clear of unwanted calls and SMS from telemarketing calls and SMS that are incoming to your mobile or Landline phone from companies that are aiming to offer additional services such as plans, promotions, offers and tariffs?

National Do Not Call Registry (NDNC Registry) is a policy of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India which’s primary goal is to regulate Unsolicited commercial communication ( UCC) and to let you eliminate it.

To register in the NDNC Registry Call 1909 (toll tree) or text START DND to 1909 (toll free). If you wish to remove yourself from the NDNC registry, send SMS STOP DND to 1909 (toll free).

Alternately, customers can go to the Do not call/disturb page of the desired telecom subscriber to request the same.

– VODAFONE (formerly HUTCH)

NoteCalls and text messages sent for the number on your Landline or mobile phone must be stopped within 45 days of when you register.
